Enjoy this 780sqft 1.5 storey 4 bedroom home. Single full bath, full kitchen and large sunny living room with TV & WiFi. Full basement for utilities only, such as furnace, washer, dryer and electrical panel. Large fenced rear yard with a 7'x24' deck. A 3 car driveway and plug-ins plus a single car canvas garage. Neighborhood is quiet with a mixture of retired and young families on the street. The hockey arena and a beautiful park are a block away. UCN & High School campus is within 3 blocks.

The space
Our space was our home for 10 years before becoming a long-term rental for 15 years. A lot of work was done to make a small, older house(1948) a home for upwards of 6 permanent residents back in the late nineties. It may be small but we've always had happy tenants throughout our ownership.

The neighborhood is friendly, quiet and a mix of young and old. There are plenty of kids running within the area and some cats also frequent the yards but don't stay long. There is a large park one block west of the house for kids and parents alike which has the Swan River as it's northern boundary. The hockey arena and exhibition grounds are a block south with the curling rink being a block and a half south. The downtown is barely a five minute walk which also includes the hospital directly south of the house on Main Street.
