Our cosy roof apartment 3, for solo travelers, for cuddling or to book for larger families or friends(for max. 3 people, not categorized)
The offer is our mini apartment on the 2nd floor, next to apartment 2. This apartment invites you to feel good with a double bed in the mansard, a sofa bed, satellite TV, alarm clock, shower, sink and hair dryer. In the anteroom we have a cupboard kitchen, equipped with fridge, microwave, hotplate, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and table linen, provided for you. There is also a toilet for the apartment in the anteroom.


Our family-friendly, sunny organic farm with agriculture and forestry is located in a quiet, isolated location. Surrounded by woods and meadows, you can let your mind wander or take hikes!

In winter, there's nothing to stop you from enjoying the snow, whether it's tobogganing or building a snow cave or whizzing down the slopes in the Cornzinken family skiing area.

On the farm there are many animals such as dairy cows, calves, oxen, sheep, cats, sometimes chickens and pigs. If you want, you can enjoy the organic milk fresh.

The house is located about 2km from Lunz town center and about 3km from the beautiful Lunzer See. The nearest bus stop is about 350m away.
You can also purchase farm-owned products.
For your breakfast you can get fresh breakfast pastries.
