Welcome to our apartment overlooking Storsjön and Östersund city center. Here you are offered a accommodation with nice scenery close to the house, proximity to the city and outdoor areas as well as all kinds of amenities in the residence. The apartment is located in our residential building, with its own entrance and separate living floor. 40 sqm disposed with a large kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The space
When you step into the apartment you will be greeted by a large bright room with entrance area and living room/kitchen on the floor. The entrance offers plenty of space to store outerwear and shoes.
Two steps up you will find the space-built kitchen, dining area and sofa group with TV (AppleTv).

From the entrance there is also the door to the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

Directly to the right from the entrance door is the entrance to the cozy bedroom with two beds and the possibility of clothing storage.

The apartment is consistently built in solid, natural materials. Solid wooden floors in living rooms and bedrooms. Entrance and bathroom with plastic mat in environmentally certified material.
