Howdy! Welcome to Aggieland's Cozy Cabin. This warm atmosphere is a great place to kick back and relax. Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

The space
There is a queen bed with the option of one more on the couch. Feel free to use the extra pillow & bedding for a third person. You are welcome to bring your child bearing in mind, it is a one bedroom. I do use an ultraviolet vacuum cleaner on the mattress and couch after each guest has left, mop the floors with a steam mop, and there is a cell phone cleaner if you'd like to use it. Alexa Echo is available in the living room near the television, along with a wireless charger for the phone just in case you need it.

Please, note we are in the country. There are no leash laws. I have two dogs who are very friendly. They will be out and about unless otherwise communicated to me. I can keep them up only while you are "home," your entire stay, or not at all.
