The space
Cozy three bedroom two bath air conditioned house with a fenced yard and laundry, located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

The Living room has red oak hardwood floors, a 55” smart flat screen TV, PS3, basic cable high speed wireless internet, and a wood burning fire place

The kitchen has a gas range with semi commercial hood, microwave, high-end dishwasher, reverse osmosis for drinking and ice, decent knives, blender, panini press and more. The coffee maker is a Keurig with filter inserts for your custom coffee. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The kitchen is stocked with small amounts of basic condiments including, but not limited to, salt, pepper, garlic salt, flour, sugar, brown sugar, coffee creamer, ketchup, mustard balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and olive oil.

Dining The dining table is a bar high butcher block table with seating for six. The counter bar has seating for two.

The patio has a glass patio table with four chairs and three Adirondack chairs. The BBQ is a new Weber propane grill

The master bedroom has a king size bed with premium sheets and a goose down comforter. The master bath has a 60” walk in shower with two heads. The towels are premium cotton. The master bath comes stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double bed with newer mattresses, premium cotton sheets, a goose down comforter and alarm clocks.

The common/hall bath has a 60” tub/shower stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Laundry is located in a large utility room and includes front loading machines and basic laundry supplies, a high end iron and ironing board.

The garage is not available for parking.
