Beautiful spacious fully equipped villa... take a break at Sanctuary, 1.5 hours down the road from Saigon ....

Chill in the pool, relax in garden, cook up a storm, blend a cocktail, turn the music on, gather with friends, or just hang out...

Please note there is currently construction occurring across the canal and this will impact upon your enjoyment of our place. If you really need to get out of HCMC you are welcome but perhaps should wait until the construction is complete.

The space
Sanctuary is a residential resort at Ho Tram, a beach destination short 2 hour drive from Saigon.

Enjoy total relaxation at our villa, cook up a feast, share a bottle of wine, chill by the pool, and unwind ....

Sanctuary Ho Tram is a great place to unwind, a couple of hours outside of Ho Tram.

We use our house regularly, and is fully fitted out with kitchen equipment, bbq, pizza oven ... and great music (spotify) and tv (netflix/ setanta).

Complete 3 double bedroooms, a single bedroom (maids quarters) PLUS a media room/ temp 5th bedroom (beds on the floor), fully equipped kitchen and entertainment areas.

Is our second home so usually we arent' there...

A residential resort compound by the sea.... nestled between two traditional fishing villages, and a short taxi to Ho Tram Grand, a new casino complex.

Would recommend arranging a car down, but if you need there are taxis and a bus.

Take wine and cheese down, plus makings for a bbq.... flour available for bread in the cupboard plus usual kitchen goods (salt, oil, herbs etc).

Seafood available from the local market.
