The neighbourhood is save, quiet and friendly, it's a new residential area. We We are in Old Bortianor near to Kokrobite, a 45 min drive away from Accra city center and airport, only 15 min drive to the biggest shopping mall in the city.

It is a 10 minutes walk to the ocean where you can find beaches to swim and surf.

Swimming pool, restaurants, bars and shops for your daily needs are in walking distance.

There are fisher villages nearby and touristic infrastructure is provided.

One can do hiking tours on the surounding hills and visit the nearby monkey forest reservoir or take a boat tour on the lagune.
