The home boasts a modern inviting feel, ideal for young and old alike. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes walk from historic Lismore's picture book main street. This house was recently refurbished to a high specification. It has two bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living space (with a sofa bed option), bathroom with a modern shower, and outside a private enclosed patio at the back. Parking space adjacent to the house.

The space
Throughout the home there is unlimited fibre broadband and modern heating that can be adjusted in each room.

The kitchen space has a luxurious breakfast counter, modern wood cabinetry, quality kitchen appliances. Includes washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

The openplan living space has a smart TV, spacious corner sofa (also can be used as a comfy sofa bed), expandable table offering dining or desk space, and lots of space to chill.

Bedroom 1 provides a comfortable double bed with generous built-in wardrobe space. Bedroom 2 has a small double bed (4 foot) and also has built-in wardrobe space. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and dressed in high quality bed linens.

The well-appointed bathroom space provides a generous electric shower. It offers plush towels and a selection of toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided in the house.

There is a private enclosed patio space at the back of the property. Chairs and a table are provided to enjoy this secluded space.

Parking is available directly outside the property.

The house provides easy access, just a few minutes walk, to restaurants, shops, pubs, picturesque Lismore Castle, heritage walking trails, visitor centre, beautiful gothic cathedral and much more.

Lismore is located on the River Blackwater, which is famous for its salmon fishing. The river provides a range of other activities such as boat trips, kayaking, walks, etc. Other locations on the river such as Villierstown, Cappoquin, and Dromana Bridge also offer scenic visitor destinations.

Beautiful beaches, Waterford's famous Greenway, great golf courses and many more attractions are easily accessible by car within a 30 minute drive or less. It is only a 15 minute drive from the scenic Vee, Co. Tipperary.

It provides easy access to Cork International Airport by car, less than an hour drive. And is an ideal base to explore Ireland's Ancient East.
