Welcome to our newly built loft. Here you live on top of our garage, with private entrance and views of Höglandssjön and central parts of Örnsköldsvik.
Between each guest, we check cleaning, and we want you as a guest to leave it in the condition you found it. Soap, detergent and dishwasher accessories are available. Bed linen and towel can be rented for a fee of 80 SEK per person per stay.

Our home is located in the middle of a small residential area. Families with children live here and some are being built. Three meters from the stairs to the loft there is an exercise track that takes you to Bergsjön, a small lake with clear water. Approximately 20 minutes at walking pace it takes to walk there the nearest road. Within a kilometer there is a nice playground for the children, in winter even an ice hockey field.
