Our property is in Leuchars. A small village 10 mins by car from St.Andrews and 15 mins from Dundee. We are close to all local amenities which include a local shop, butcher, pubs and 2 takeaways and also to the Railway Station. There is a local bus service to St. Andrews/Dundee every 10 mins.

Our studio is an open plan loft with its own fully equipped kitchen area (including washing machine) living room and double bedroom with separate shower room.

We are close to all local amenities which include 2 village pubs, a Chinese Takeaway and an Indian Takeaway which both do European dishes, a local grocery store and butchers. We have a main line train station and local bus service St.Andrews/Dundee every 10 minutes.
We are across from the 12th century Norman Church St.Athernase. Also surrounded by beautiful countryside walks with Tentsmuir Forest and Kinshaldy Beach nearby.
Leuchars has its own 9 hole golf course and is 5 mins from Drumoig 18 hole Golf Course.

During your stay

We will be available to meet you on arrival to give you the key and show you to the loft.
We are happy to pick you up from train station if required. As the studio is in our garden we are happy for you to join us if we are sitting out of an evening or during the day. Also please feel free to knock on the door if you need anything at all.
