The neighbourhood used to be a famous fishing village of Hanoi. Hence, during your stay here, you'll see some local elderly who still go fishing in the lake (in front of the hotel) everyday. The local village life is still maintained, which makes it great for tourists who would like to get to know the real Hanoi. Local temple with a rich history is 2 minutes away - so you can conveniently walk there for a quick visit any time during the day. Local cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. 24/7 convenience store is right next door, so guests can go there for any last minute drink supply or midnight snack. And if you are craving for some exercise to burn off the extra calories from all those delicious Vietnamese food, the 2 lakes next to the hotel are ideal for a walk, or a run, or even to bike around.
