Our place is perfectly set up for those who must isolate or quarantine. Fully sanitized with spacing between guests, we have a private entrance with its own heating/cooling system as well as laundry. There is even outdoor space in a private back yard.

Hosts are on site and can help with grocery shopping or other errands as required. Enhanced cleaning protocols in place for everyone's safety.

The space
Welcome to our newly constructed, bright and airy, well equipped second floor apartment. Located on the edge of Westboro we're walking distance to groceries, shopping, dining and transit. Private and quiet with owners living next door to provide any assistance you may need.

You will be high above the ground with a lovely view of a well treed neighborhood. Close to everything with a quiet back yard that feels like the cottage. Free parking for one vehicle with EV charging available for the eco minded driver.

High ceilings with lots of light make this space feel even bigger than it is. We have sought to equip our apartment to a high standard with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Laundry, high speed internet, dishwasher and a well equipped kitchen will make any stay comfortable whether short or long. The televisions receive a few channels via antenna but they are internet connected and have USB ports so you can stream your own media.

Well heated and cooled with central air conditioning, ceiling fans, heated bathroom floors and an electric fireplace, you're sure to find your stay comfortable.

Note that this is a second floor apartment and has an 18 step staircase leading to the entry.

Westboro is a well known and mature neighborhood, renowned for shopping and dining. We are on the edge of Westboro, close to Wellington West and Hintonburg which are up and coming neighborhoods with plenty of interesting shops and restaurants. There are parks, walking and biking trails as well as several grocery stores within walking distance. We're also very close to the Civic and Royal Ottawa hospitals and public transit makes downtown Ottawa and both Universities very easy commutes.
