The house is on big yard of 2500 square meters, with a swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and a green garden ideal for outside events. The house is about 8 km from the shopping mall and twenty minutes driver to Kenneth Kaunda International Airport.
Area is crime free and near both VIP and ordinarily African people.
During school-day the place is only occupied by my wife and I.
