Ahhhh ocean~front living...walks along the beach, sea glass hunting, fresh salty ocean air, birds, sea life and spectacular sunrises and sunsets!
The home sits on a large, quiet lot with privately accessed beach, fire pit, and fresh garden produce (seasonal). Multi-use recreational trail and playground/ gas/convenience/NSLC locations within minutes, and a short 15 minute drive to all town amenities.

Guests have use of the house, including wraparound deck, kitchen, living room, laundry room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and recreation room. The locked mechanical room is private space and off limits to guests. The garage and other out buildings are not included in the rental.

Several points of interest in the area include museums, multi-use trails, lakes, easy hikes, provincial parks, and beautiful beaches. Bring an extra set of binoculars if you can, because you may not want to share the ones in the house!

Please note that a (very friendly) four year old mixed breed dog called Percy lives next door also. And Louie, a grey tabbycat that thinks he's a dog :)
