The space
This turn of the century converted schoolhouse is a cozy place to hole up in inclement weather or relax in the evenings. But why would you want to be inside when you can be in nature!

There are so many little spots on the property to sit and take in the quiet beauty of nature. We have 3 fire pits to chose from, a meditation sunroom, a large perennial garden with fountain and pond, walking trails through the trees and much more.

We’re fiercely private people, so what draws us to opening our sanctuary space to others? To us, Hayland Grove is peace and freedom. While we’re only a few miles off the highway, you rarely hear vehicles. It’s the perfect spot for quiet reflection, relaxation and recharging. The well tree’d property is protected from the elements and draws you into the inner “secret” garden.

A mere five minutes from Good Spirit Lake, and the Theodore Dam, we host a rustic cabin experience, where dogs run free and cats steal your hearts around a multitude of outdoor sitting areas and campfires.

We are building a chemical free, organic property, so the “weeds” may seem to own more than their fair share, but we’re also finding uses for most of them... Farmacy over Pharmacy. As we find our footing and explore what else we may want to add to this newly acquired heaven, we can’t help but ask:
