The space
All the details have been thought so that the guests have a delicious experience and always want to return!!
You will have a comfortable space to work with fast and uninterrupted internet,as well as an outdoor area with many trees to regrow and rest.

The studio is equipped with freezer,microwave, cooktop, blender, fruit juicer, electric coffee maker, toaster, iron ,hairdryer and tv.

In the dormitory your bed has clean and soft and sanitized sheets, huge white pillowtop padded, wool blanket and 4 pillows !!

In the bathroom we have a bathroom with a hot shower, sanitized terry towels, liquid and bar soap.

On the terrace you can hear the birds and contemplate the fruit trees.

I have 5 fruit trees, very green,eventually you see some leaves around the floor..but we do the daily cleaning.

To take advantage of the gourmet area, book this area attached to the studio when you're staying or already booking in your reservation request, you'll pay a $250 fee that will be valid for 3 days of your stay.

Hello, I'm an Interior Designer,I love art, decor and architecture.

I have entirely renovated the outdoor spaces of my house in order to provide the maximum comfort ,turning my son's atelie into a charming studio for a couple, with a mini kitchen, living room, 1 suite with great quality internet and specific location for home office work.

The studio has air-conditioning in the en-suite,TV closets
planned ,minibar, microwave, cook top, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, cutlery and all the utensils necessary for you to cook.

To make the environments light, relaxed and cozy, I decided to use green and blue tones on several nuances that resemble beach places.

You will have men's and women's clothing , hair slippers, always sanitized to enjoy during your stay.

The outdoor areas have several fruit trees, among them a pitangueira in front of the studio offering a cozy, fresh and inviting space for relaxation.

Gourmet area can be used with an additional fee of R$250.00

I live in the house and will be able to respond to any guest requests.

My guests will also be able to use 1 parking space without additional charge.

You will have an independent entrance to the house, providing comfort and privacy.

Smokers are welcome, you can smoke outside.

The guest may eventually receive a friend, let me know in advance, and the time won't exceed 10 p.m. of your stay in the studio.

During your stay

From the checkin until the checkout I am available for any request from the guests, the gate entry key will be with the guests,(private entrance to the guests) soon the access to the studio will be very comfortable at any time of the day or night, the control of the electronic gate is with me because home office work, but of course if you are not at home I will make the remote control of the gate available to the guests.
I live in the house,and my availability to serve guests is full, but I can eventually travel during their stay, in this case,
i will arrange service to clean the outdoor areas every 2 days.
The studio can be cleaned once a week with an additional fee of $200.
If there is a need to clean the studio daily,please consult before booking,as the cleaning fee will be charged daily.
The gourmet area can be used for work or breakfast, I will not charge any fees, so of course they can keep tidy after use.
The internet is connected directly to the studio which gives a fast internet without oscillation in the studio or in the outdoor spaces of the house.
