A cozy, just repaired house in an alpine retro stile, located among century old forests and three sparking river streams.
The house has all facilities provided to have a nice being on this quiet rural place.

The space
It is an eco house installed with off-grid electricity and local water supply.
Fantastic place for family vacation or self being in the heart of the nature. There are some river streams near the house.
The location is:
- 170 kilometers away from Sofia airport
- 15 kilometers away from the town of Troyan
- 4 kilometers away the unique Troyan monastery
- 5 kilometers away from The national exhibition of arts and crafts
- 2 kilometers away from village of Cherny Osam and the unique Natural scientific museum.
The Central Balkan national park border starts from here.
The house in located in the Nature 2000 area shapes.
To access the house there is a macadam road at the last 1 km. That is why it is not suitable for a low car, but is it easy to get there by higher car or jeep. There are just 15 minutes to get there on feed from the main road. I can also provide transport to there with my own Terrano Jeep.

During your stay

I like to communicate with the guests, but also if they need more privacy it is fine to be alone in the entire house. The guests can sms or call me at any time.
