The floor is designed primarily for hikers and climbers. The house and the location of the house is practical. Parking nearby. The neighborhood is quiet. Less than 5 km or 10 minutes drive from the climbing areas.

The space
The ground floor is equipped for 4 people.
Living room with TV, equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a terrrace overloking the canyon of de Rio Turia where are de climbing sites.
Washing machine, sheets, comforters, towels (2 per person).
There are two folding beds available on request.
The accommodation is "basic", because we want to keep the price as low as possible for climbers and nature people. So we do not have central heating and air conditioning, just a gas heater for cold winter days.
If desired, there can be hired, an additional electric radiator for 5 euros a day . This for electric costs.
When the windows remain closed, we take the right to enter the apartment and open the bedroom windows. We count on your understanding because we want to receive the following guests in the same conditions...a clean and dry apartment.

During your stay

Losa is a mountain village with 350 inhabitants, no crowds of tourists, and contact with the local population is important.
There are four bars, butchers, bakers, minimarket, bank, pharmacy, drug store where everything is available.
In the church square there is a public Wi-Fi zone. In each bar Wi-Fi. Code must be ordered on the spot.
Chulilla, at 6Km is an arabic village where there is the climbing area and also many very famous trails such as puentes colgantes, pinturas repestres, charco azul....
