Vechmaal (part of Heers in the south of the Belgian province of Limburg) is centrally located between Tongeren (9 km), Sint-Truiden (18 km), Hasselt (18 km) and Borgworm (Waremme) (13 km). Also close to the airport of Liège-Bierset.
Vechmaal is above all a beautiful walking and cycling region. At 400 meters from the holiday home, the hiking trails of Greenspot Heks start, at the inn de Horne, where it is also 'nice' to stay.
