Master bedroom in a villa located in a cozy and homey compound in West Bay Area with 7min away to The Pearl Qatar, 15min away to HIA(airport) and 10min to Doha Downtown/Souq Waqif.
Fully furnished, with ensuite bathroom, AC, giant built-in closet with mirror and window overlooking the compound.
Living Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Garden/Backyard, Gym and Swimming Pool (within the compound), 24/7 Supermarket with 2min walking distance. Wi-Fi coverage in all areas, Pet friendly, street car park.

Other things to note
First welcome in advance to Qatar and to the house , the villa is 4 bedrooms villa , an office room ( i made it as an office for my work ) and three Airbnb bedrooms two of them are master bedrooms which has a bathroom inside the room ,and one other room , with private bathroom (not shared with anyone but not inside the room but away from the room door 2 meters only ) .
kitchen , living room , washing room ...etc are all shared and in the ground floor .
for the location of the house its in the middle of doha somehow ( Doha is really small compared to other cities ) and you can reach most areas using uber or a taxi within 10-15 min and aprox cost of 9USD .

here are some answers to frequent questions i receive usually it might help you before you book :
Parties and events : am really sorry its not allowed i try to make the place comfortable for you and other guests
visitors of guests : as you can see below in the house rules , they are not allowed into rooms and they are welcomed in the common areas up to 10 pm
usage of common areas : please remember you are renting a room in a villa not a full house there will be other guests , feel free to use anything as long as not you are not disturbing others and taking over all the place .

House Rules
1-visitors of guests are not allowed in rooms / only in living room ( Ground Floor ) and up to 10 pm .

2-Guest must clean shared areas after usage directly and not leave any trash or dirty items to be cleaned later .

3- Guest must never leave doors or windows open ( to avoid insects and stray cats to enter the property )
