Fully renovated 4 bed 1 bath home. Side A of the duplex. Will comfortably sleep 16! HUGE DECK with fantastic views of the river. SUP and kayaks free to use!! Central location in Oconto with short walk or ride to all the city has to offer. Boat rentals available in the area!

The space
This listing is for side A of the duplex. I have two other listings related to this property. One is for the entire property, the other is for side B of the duplex.

Bright and sleek, our home is completely renovated with comfort in mind. Bedrooms are spacious as is the kitchen with plenty of room for entertaining both inside and out. Take your choice of the outdoor deck (right off the foyer) or the fire pit in the back yard. Do'n't forget to bring your boat and tie up at the dock right on the property! Just a few minute boat ride to lake Michigan and about 30 mins to get to door county by boat.

Kitchen - Extra large open concept space that includes a kitchen table (seats 6), a bar (seats 6) refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

Living Room -flat screen TV, huge sectional with ottoman (can be used for extra sleeping arrangements) and a queen floor mattress (kept in the closet but can be set up in the living room).

Bedroom #3: 2 full size bunk beds (4 beds total)

Outdoor Deck - Large patio table with seating for 6, 8 extra patio chairs to be used on the deck or by the fire pit, 2 lounge chairs and a private charcoal grill for outdoor cooking (each side of the duplex has their own grill).

Backyard - Private fire pit for each side with views of the river, boat dock for dockside fishing or tying up your boats, kayaks, etc. and an oversized parking lot that is shared with the other side (extra parking available on the street for free as well). 2 SUP and 2 Kayaks available for use!!

Located in the heart of Oconto right on the river! Great for floats down the river, packer games, fishing tournaments, little league baseball tournaments, 26 places to visit on the national historic registry and much more!

Bucky's Limousine Service is available for transportation to events in Green Bay, Marinette, and surrounding areas. Great option for Packers Games!!

Oconto Water Fun Rentals provides fishing and pontoon boat rentals right in town for use on the river or out on the bay.
