The space
Holiday on the pony farm Our pleasant and fully equipped self-catering apartment on the pony farm can be rented!
The spacious apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five people plus a toddler. Even more uncomfortable. The new kitchen overlooking the pony yard leaves nothing to be desired. For common quality time there is a cozy large living room. Even with a - admittedly mostly quite upset - piano. If you don't want to sleep with ponyhof fragrance in your hair, you can shower or take a bath in the retro bathroom. For other needs, we have created the pitch separate from the bathroom. Speaking of sleeping! For this there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and on request a cot. You can also take off the sofa in the living room to a really large and cozy bed. You're one more person because Grandma didn't want to stay home? If you promise to give her the most comfortable bed, you can also set up the emergency bed. The large vestibule has enough space for your dirty rubber boots and hiking boots. In the dining room connected to the kitchen you can dine overlooking the pony yard. We can provide you with quite a bit of convenience, so your luggage is limited. For example: towels, bed linen (also in children's size), a fully equipped kitchen, children's armchair and high chair, children's rubber boots, gatschhosen, riding helmets, back protectors, strollers, various companions such as children's bicycles, tricycles, running wheels and of course ponies, goats, dwarf sheep and our dear dogs to sweeten your hikes. Horse riding lessons and guided tours can also be booked. Just as we like to give you tips for the best wine tastings, the tastiest heuristics or the most beautiful excursions in our region. Oh and we own a laundromat with a washing machine and dryer. This sometimes becomes very important when you are on holiday on the farm or at the latest when you want to go back to civilization. In summer we also like to set up the children's paddling pool in the yard and you are welcome to grill with us (or even alone). Depending on the season, we may be able to offer you vegetables from the farm garden and dairy products from our goats or at least tell you where you can go shopping locally for good food. For example, the farmer in the neighbouring village, who owns a farm shop, where everything you need for a good meal can be sourced directly from the region. Oh and wine. We hope you like good wine or at least grape juice or at least grapes. There is hardly a village with a greater density of excellent - usually even organically certified - winemakers than Großriedenthal. With us it is simply wonderful and worth living! All year round! We offer riding lessons, goat walks, nature tours and workshops. Our place is famous for its excellent wines and we are happy to help organize a wine tasting. There are many excellent wine taverns in the surrounding villages. The Wagram offers a beautiful nature with breathtaking animal and plant species. If you would also like to visit cities, Tulln on the Danube and Krems are each half an hour away and the cosmopolitan city Vienna can be reached in 45 minutes.
