This 2017 built home overlooks the beautiful Mississippi River. It is located 15 minutes from La Crosse WI. It is within a mile distance from a boat launch and about 3 miles of a public boat launch away Wild Cat Campground. This area is host to whitetail deer, wild turkeys, bass, northern pike, walleye, and various pan fish. Our home is right on the Mississippi River Trail for bike riders. (It is only available in summers.)

The space
This beautiful river home has 2 bedrooms available for use. There is a full kitchen, living room, dining room, family room in lost and laundry room. It has a full bath by the second floor bedrooms and a half bath on main floor. There is wifi throughout. There are several reclining couches in living room with a large UHTV with steaming TV access.

There is room to park a boat in front of the house and electricity outside to charge a boat battery. Make sure to let me know if you will need room to park other than a vehicle.

In an effort of full disclosure, the house does have an apartment above the attached garage that is also rented it. The units are completely separate from each other and there is a storage run separating the spaces from each other.

Where you’ll be

Our home is located in a rural area and it is very quiet here. Very few people come up the drive, so very private and low traffic. There are train tracks below the house but no crossing right here, so whistles aren't bothersome.

We are reachable via phone, email, text. During summertime, we live at our boathouse which is 1 mile from or house, so if you need to meet, it is absolutely possible.
