The space
Before any reservation, please read the entire description of the accommodation (read the terms regarding pets, location, access to the accommodation, cancellation policy etc...).

So, with family or friends, you will find in our apartment of 30m2 a beautiful living room with a TV, all the necessary quality kitchen (kettle, oven with rotating heat, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with piston, raclette machine etc...), a refrigerator-freezer and a dishwasher. Meals can be enjoyed on the angled balcony with views of the Mont Blanc range. The rustle of a small stream and nature will keep you company in this haven of tranquility !
The sofa in the living room turns without difficulty into a real double bed 140/190cm.
In the hallway is a large wardrobe to store all your belongings, then in front of the entrance, a small bedroom with a bunk bed.
In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer.
You will also have at your disposal a private ski locker located in the building lobby.

We are on the heights, less than 20 minutes drive from the city center, 25 minutes from Les Thermes and the SNCF train station and 45 minutes from Chamonix by car.
Italy, Switzerland and Annecy can be reached within an hour.

Summer access to the heated swimming pool (from early July to early September) and the tennis court of the residence all year round.

In winter you will be 5 minutes from the parking lot of the ski lifts of the "Evasion Mont-Blanc" ski area (by car or by the free shuttles that pass every 5 minutes). From the bottom of the slopes to the Bettex you will find a food shop (also open in summer), sports shops (ski rentals and others), the ESF, restaurants and even a childcare center.

Out of season, apart from a few restaurants that remain open year-round, you have to go down to the city center for shopping. So, you book our apartment with knowledge; here it's nature ! ;)
