This warm and cozy bungalow residence located ocean front (Across the Street) has been newly renovated and set for comfort boasting a large master bedroom en suite with a large hot tub in the bedroom. A 2 bedroom setting with an extra large soaker tub in the main bathroom.

The house ceilings are done throughout in tongue and groove Newfoundland spruce, stained and treated for the coziest of feel. Clean, well maintained and designed for your enjoyment with all the comforts of home.

The space
Living room, Bedroom (Master with king size bed and hot tub), and dining room all set with dimmer switches for setting a warm a cozy atmosphere to your liking. House is still being dressed up in the yard areas and has a complete front deck with view to the open ocean! The rear deck is to be upgraded soon but for now is set with a small deck, BBQ and is just outside double sliding doors leading to the kitchen and dining areas. No matter which way the wind, the house is located in a "Lund" and front or back can be used as needed! The two bathrooms are fed by an 80 gallon water tank. The house water is pond water reserve
and gravity fed so there is a slight discoloration to the water due to natural sediment and although we do not drink the water and there is a water bottles on premises for your convenience and showering and washing dishes are of no concern for the tap water. Water is tested by the town on a regular basis and is filtered at the residence.

The house is settled in a quiet fishing community located on the Easport Peninsula on the outskirts of Terra Nova Park. Across the street is a local historical Ocean Breeze where you can have a drink or two! The town is also known for it's walking trails and within a short distance there is a fish plant, local fishing peers. There is a local artist just along the road displaying many paintings of the area and you can buy one to mark your memory of the beauty you have experienced. Near by in the Town of Eastport and Sandy Cove there are white sand beaches and places to escape and explore nature. You pass through part of the Terra Nova Park and the ride to the house is absolutely breath taking and brings the body and mind to a peaceful and happy place with views of the ocean, park and nature! Whales can be seen in June and July across the road from the house and many places along the water front on the way. Spring brings large and plentiful Ice Bergs to be seen. There is a local whale and Ice Berg tour located near by and your never far from raw nature with breath taking park trails and places to make special moments!

We are a couple united in all aspects of what we do and together we travel and know how hard it is to find the perfect little spot where you can escape and enjoy a clean and cared for property with privacy, comforts and especially in the areas of romance and getaways that allow you to express that as a couple. In our design we hope to make this the go to spot for those looking to get away and build special moments in a home away from home. We hope to see you time and time again!
