Casa do Juan is a typical Galician farmhouse located in the north of Lugo, 30 minutes from the coast, A Mariña Lucense, where the famous Playa de las Catedrales is located. The house is situated in a small village with farm, garden, garage and easy access from the Autovia del Cantábrico (A-8). An ideal home to enjoy the tranquility, mild temperatures (between 25 and 15 degrees in summer) and the green of Galicia. If you love the outdoors, this is your place, come and meet us! 😉

The space
Casa do Juan is a typical country house of the area, which my great-grandfather built in 1934. It's not a new home, but my entire family has always tried to take care of it and renovate everything necessary to make any guest feel comfortable and relaxed. Its antiquity is appreciable in some rooms but also preserves the charm of the past and the typical Galician country house. Everything in the house is for enjoyment and use. We only ask that you treat it with affection, as if it were your own, and if you need anything or have any kind of incident, my parents live very close and will be able to help and assist you quickly.

House is located in a small village in northern Lugo. Downtown is a 10-minute drive, Abbey, where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. We have a gas station 7 minutes from the house, Martinan gas station. Cathedral Beach is a 30-minute drive and Lugo city another 30-minute in the opposite direction. An hour from the house you also have the City of A Coruña. It's a 5-minute drive to the Cantabrian Highway (A-8) with easy access, so the location is ideal for getting around. There is no noise and you will be surrounded by nature, green and clean air.

Soy una gallega muy típica. Emigrante por trabajo, pero con morriña constante por mi tierra verde. Trotamundos y soñadora a partes iguales, aprendiz incansable y descubridora de experiencias, lugares y sabores; porque otra de mis aficiones, además de viajar, es la cocina.
