The property is located in the basement of my private house. You have your own entrance and great importance is placed on privacy. There is a free car park just two minutes' walk from the property. You can of course stop directly in front of the accommodation to unload the pastries. I would be happy to answer any questions or suggestions.

The space
The property is located in the middle of the city center. Within walking distance you can reach the basement street "Sauberg" Langenlois. There are many wine taverns there with typical "Heurigenessen" and very good regional wine. On foot you can reach many beautiful walking and cycling trails where you can not only get active in sports, but also take leisurely walks. The Langenlois Garden Building School can be reached in just five to ten minutes on foot. The display gardens with the lookout tower are fun for all ages. There is a large beach volleyball court, a playground and a pond, where unfortunately bathing is not allowed. For swimming, the free Kampbad Langenlois can be reached by car in just five minutes.

Another tip is to complete the Langenlois Wine Trail. You have a beautiful view over the whole of Langenlois and reach many great sculptures on a walk between the vineyards of traditional winemakers.
