The property is located in the basement of my private house. You have your own entrance and great importance is placed on privacy. There is a free car park just two minutes' walk from the property. The property is located in the middle of the city center. Within walking distance you can reach the basement street "Sauberg" Langenlois. There are many wine taverns there with typical "Heurigenessen" and very good regional wine. On foot you can reach many beautiful walking and cycling trails where you can not only get active in sports, but also take leisurely walks.
