A beautiful cottage located on a small island in the middle of Stockholms breathtaking archipelago is only a short boat trip away from the mainland (rowing boat provided). The cottage is equipped with a patio with sun chairs accompanied with a small grill and a private beach. The balcony overlooks the serene and tranquil view of the sea. Your rowing boat will be just down from the house by the jetty complete with a ladder if you’d like to swim, fish or maybe just enjoy the quietness.

The space
The house is part of a family compound with another house that also can be rented if you need more space. The island only has 7 other families and is very peaceful and quiet as there's no roads ( too small!).If you're looking for that getaway on a peaceful island, then you have landed on right place. The property is over 100 years old and not many things have changed since then, but don't worry... there is electricity .
With that said, water is provided from a well close by. There is a Gravitation filer device in the house that makes the water from the well drinkable.
Who doesn’t want to start their day by doing your ''morning business'' in an outhouse overlooking the sea and watch the day grow.

There's an outdoor shower among the lilacs if you don't prefer to have a swim in the sea. The cottage is built on top of an old root cellar that also can be used.

During your stay

I will meet you by the bus stop and together we’ll make our way down to the boat and head out to the island where the cottage is located. I will fill you in on everything worth knowing as well as a tour of the area and house.
