It's just 5 minutes from the airport, on the beach, safe, walking-friendly to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, 24hr casinos, CVS, 10 minutes from Old San Juan and La Placita, 30 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest and the Bio Bay. You can grab a taxi Uber or a bus just downstairs anytime to see the sights and explore. Beach chair rentals and water sports are just a few steps from the complex lobby on the beach in front. Car rentals are open 24hrs and also available on the main street behind the condo.

This studio unit features a cool bright atmosphere and an aside ocean view from the 9th floor. A/C unit cools the entire place. Free high-speed internet WiFi, free parking gated on the premises, 1 hotel style queen size bed, a queen-size sofa bed, direct beach access, fully equipped kitchen, iron, blow dryer, beach towels, all check-in essentials in bathroom, 24hr check-in, 24hr friendly security staff in the premises and 5 elevators. Its 350+ square feet of living space comfortably accommodates couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and couples with kids. If you have a larger group, please note that we have other apartments in another complex a short walk away in the area with similar amenities & oceanview. Note that early check-in and late check-outs have an additional $75 fee each.

The room features a queen-size bed, a/c unit, fresh white linens, nightstands with LED lights on each bedside, and a balcony with ocean, city, and lagoon views. The bathroom is private and includes all needed essentials for your first night stay - fresh bath towels for up to 4 people, blow dryer, soap, iron, soap, shampoo & conditioner. There is privacy on the shower/toilet from the room. The balcony faces the north where the ocean view breeze will relax you while you lounge, watch tv or sleep on the sofabed couch. In front of the couch, a 32" LCD tv floating on the wall is equipped to enjoy movies and tv shows free with Netflix TV full access included. Dining table with 4 large sturdy chairs. For those that enjoy the fresh air, you may open the balcony door to let the ocean breeze cool you. The clean functional kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, Brita water filtration pitcher, refrigerator, freezer, ice, cups, wine glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener, and wine opener. A building keyfob access key is provided so you can access the beach and other restricted access areas of the community. There is a coin laundry in the lobby.
Guests can access the community room and laundry.
We will have as much or as little interaction as you feel comfortable with.

Safe to walk around, fun during the day and night, close to the airport, and family-friendly. Tons of places to enjoy just within walking distance.
Walking distance to CVS, restaurants, supermarkets, casinos, hotels, fast foods, public transportation, water-sports, jet ski rentals, banana boat, parasailing, and Isla Verde beach! If you are visiting for 2-3 days, you will enjoy walking the area. It's really safe to walk around to the beach, hotels, nightlife, restaurants, and more. You are most likely not going to need to rent a car if you are staying for a few more days. If you are looking to explore the island, consider renting a car as taking taxis outside the San Juan area can be expensive. There is Uber in PR and taxis have flat rates within San Juan, no meters. Expect to pay around $15-$25 for each cab ride. If you rent a car, private parking is provided for 1 car or, you can grab a taxi or a bus just downstairs anytime to see the sights and explore.
