Located in historic mid-town Leaside, Chez Chodat offers walking access to Sunnybrook Hospital (25 minutes), the Don Valley trail areas (10 minutes) and 5 minutes to popular Bayview & Laird Avenues, offering a diversity of great restaurants and boutique retail stores.

Easy access to downtown Toronto by car (15 minutes) or via public transportation.

The space
Natural light, comfortable living area with well-equipped kitchenette allows you to simply cook meals and chill at home. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and cooktop. Separate bedroom with large bathroom/shower.

Please note: 4 people (two couples) is a squeeze given second bed is a pull-out in living area.

Also an ideal location in case you have need to visit Sunnybrook Hospital (20-minute walk), Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital (10-minute walk) or the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute Lyndhurst Centre (10-minute walk).
