We are 20-ish minutes from University of the Ozarks, the Arkansas River and Mulberry River, Byrd's Adventure Center, a smattering of wineries and homegrown restaurants.

This rustic home has a full kitchen, plenty of sleeping space, a private setting with a fenced in backyard, and so much more!

The space
We are just over an hour from Little Rock and Ft. Smith. Fayetteville and Eureka Springs are about 2 hours away on the Interstate, a little longer (and much prettier) if you take "Pig Trail" up the mountains on Hwy 23.

Mt. Ida, and Hot Springs are about 2 hours away through the gorgeous Ouachita National Forest.

This country house offers 3 bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed. The other rooms each have a twin bed over full size bed (bunk beds). There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room and plenty of space for air mattresses.

Whether you're in town to visit family, explore the Arkansas River Valley, get your kid settled in at University of the Ozarks, or enjoy the countless activities and festivals within an hour or so, our home is your home.

We welcome all families as well as corporate, yoga, and writer's retreats.
