Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few mtb trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks. It is great for couples, MTB riders and specially families because Minishredders Babysitting Service is just next door.

The space
The cottage has two bedrooms, one bathroom arrangement (one bedroom is downstairs and the other bedroom is upstairs).
Small bedroom downstairs has one single and one king single bed. Second bedroom upstairs has two long single beds, which could be converted into one king bed for couples. There is an additional single sofa bed in the upstairs bedroom if you are a group or family of more than four people. We can provide a porta cot as well.

Kersbrook Stash - our backyard mtb trails - are super fun. Our guests are welcome to ride them but need to have a mtb insurance and sign the waiver. Contact us for more info.
