House is only 5 years old and a large 4 bed semi detached. Rooms are spacious and colours are white/ magnolia walls. All beddings are white.
House is in a new estate 2 minutes from the M6 J6 junction and only 10 minutes from famous places such as Aston Villa football ground and Alexander Stadium.
Guests enjoy full privacy and host is friendly and welcoming although usually not in the house until around 8.00pm during the week.
Each room has tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits provided.
