Easy links to Zone 1 - buses every 6 mins to the Victoria line which is super quick to town.

The space
We are both double vaccinated and we're very relaxed about sharing our space.

We've made every effort to make your stay as comfortable as if you were in a hotel... The room is clean and airy with a bed, TV, table and chairs, and a rail with hangers. Your bathroom has both a bath and shower with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath and a few extras.

It's a two bed flat, we're in the master bedroom with its own ensuite, and you're free to share the kitchen and balcony with us, also the living room if we're out.

Our gated, underground parking space is accessed with a fob... We ask for £10 per night if you wish to use this (negotiable for longer stays) and a deposit of £20, which we refund on return of the fob. There are roads with no parking restrictions nearby though, if you prefer to park for free.

Walthamstow becomes more and more interesting every week... There is a real buzz around the place with new venues, restaurants and events cropping up all the time.

The apartment block is set around a lovely internal courtyard, and is full of young, first time buyers. It is really well lit and feels very safe. You will have a fob to get you in.

Gary (on the left) works in TV production and is originally from Yorkshire, and Jack (on the right) is a Primary School Teacher, who is originally from Devon. We've lived in Walthamstow for many years and have lots of experience of both guesting and hosting, so we understand guest's needs, and are very laid back hosts.
