1. The Building
Our 2 bedroom apartment is 80 meter square, ideally located on almost the top floor of a modern, new built luxurious building named Vinhomes Metropolis with a panoramic view to the city.

Vinhomes Metropolis is located at 304B Kim Ma Str., Ba Dinh Dist., Hanoi - In the complex: schools, Hospital, shopping mall, entertainment,... The traffic is very convenient to go anywhere in the city: 5 mins to the West Lake, 10 mins to the Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter, Opposite to the Lotte Shopping Center and Daewoo Hotel. This apartment is located in the heart of triangle of 3 lakes: Giang Vo Lake, Ngoc Khanh Lake and West Lake.

This complex also has swimming pool, Garden walk, BBQ Garden space. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket in the shopping mall.

It's a reason why I built the Hi.Home chain that starts from Hanoi with many deluxe and well-serviced apartment and then I'm expanding to some other cities such as Ha Long Bay, Da Nang and Nha Trang.
