VERY QUIET SPANISH VILLA 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH


Casa Viento de Verano is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Very quiet location. There is a beautiful Mediterranean garden, completely fenced. The private pool is very spacious. The house is simply, but comfortably furnished. There is fiber optic WiFi and there is a smart TV. Outside there is a gas barbecue. There is a pellet stove, pellets are not included in the rent. Pets are accepted.
The villa is 5 minutes walk from the beach . A perfect house to get to know the surroundings of Altea, the beaches and the beautiful coves. But also an ideal place to explore the mountainous interior. Ideal for walking and cycling enthusiasts. For city trips, Valencia and Alicante are an hour's drive away.

We are Jur and Ruchamah, originally from Netherlands. After traveling the world and living in some of its most beautiful places (The South of France, California, Brazil) we have now found our own Eldorado on the East Coast of Spain. Here we enjoy la buena vida with our two-year old twins in the hills above Altea. We love good food, music and meeting people. For friends and neighbors we manage the rental of their properties in the Costa Blanca area. We know how nice it is to feel welcome and at home when you find yourself in a new place and this is what we like to offer our guests too.
