Our place is particularly peaceful and beautiful being less than 12 feet from the water’s edge and a nice breeze coming across the lake almost all the time. The view from the kitchen, dining, living room/bedroom has a panoramic view with windows across the front for viewing & it almost seems like you are in a house boat. The views at night are awesome with the lights reflecting off the lake, Lansing or Flint is 30+/- miles, Owosso is +/-10 miles and Perry +/- 5 miles. Great time to be had.

The place is less than 12 feet from the waters edge. From the living room looking out you only see water, so it feels like you are on a boat. The night lights from all around the lake reflecting on the lake at night is spectacular. It’s pretty breath-taking staying at the place. There is a boat and a communal dock alongside the property to be used for fishing. Most of the people residing in the Shoreline Lake Condominium Association are snowbirds, there only a few months in the summer, up to six months.

We are a married couple (American & Filipina). We want to keep our visitors healthy as well as ourselves consequently at least two proof of Covid vaccinations must be shown for anyone to stay with us.
