This charming cottage style home is located in the beautiful desired neighborhood of Eastside Costa Mesa / Newport Beach, just a quick Uber to CDM village, Huntington Beach, local restaurants, fashion Island, triangle square, and Balboa Island and use my SUP and kayak.
I have two small Maltese' girls.

The space
My place is great for those that are looking to relax or are active as it’s nestled in the quiet desirable community of Eastside Costa Mesa/Newport Beach area.

Whether you are a business traveler or visiting the area for a vacation; I am about a mile from the beach where you can surf, lay out, have a sunset dinner or even an early breakfast right on the sand! As well as full use of either a kayak or stand-up paddleboard (SUP).

My 2bd / 1 full bath cottage style home is very relaxing, comfortable, and charming: with 1 bedroom available and of course full use of the home minus the master suite. Can sleep two very comfortably and has a small desk in the room as well as refrigerator and private TV with Internet access.

I set my own schedule so my hours may vary. I am clean, healthy, friendly, and enjoy living in the desired neighborhood of Eastside Costa Mesa / Newport area.

I’d like to open my home to those who are traveling whether that be for business or pleasure so you may experience Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach, Balboa Peninsula, and surrounding areas.

I offer wireless internet, but more importantly, great conversation (or privacy if that's what you are after). As an extra perk, each Saturday morning there's a Farmers Market on PCH in the heart of CDM!

Amenities included: Private Smart TV: Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Internet, coffee / tea, beach towels, kayak, SUP, picnic basket... U name it I probably have it.;-)

Eastside Costa Mesa is a charming and desirable neighborhood where one is close to the freeway, John Wayne airport, grocery stores, local cafes, boutiques, and nightlife located on either Newport Boulevard or 17th St. Many of my guests have enjoyed exploring the local area making it a super convenient place to stay.

The surrounding area offers limitless activities & Balboa Island is just a short Uber drive away. From there, you can take a Ferry Boat ($1.00) across the Marina to the Balboa Peninsula: where you will find more great beaches, nightlife, restaurants, and the Fun Zone.

Both Laguna Beach (South) and Huntington Beach (North) are also extremely close in proximity at only a 5-15 minute drive on PCH.

Parking is easy to find on our street: CAUTION Street-sweeping is every Wednesday from 8 AM – 11 AM. They do ticket!
