The apartment is located in the manor house, it is the oldest house of the manor house built in 1789. The apartment offers on approx. 200 sqm 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a library, a playroom for the little guests, a large entrance foyer and a large kitchen and is lovingly, individually & child-friendly furnished.

The space
Gut Neuensund is located in the middle of the beautiful quiet nature of the Brohmer mountains - so that our guests can really come to rest, we have decided to dispense with internet and TV in the rooms. The recreational possibilities are manifold: swimming in the nearby swimming lake (1.5 km), excursions to the lagoon with a large sandy beach (30 km), hikes, bike rides and lots of nature.
We heat exclusively in tiled stoves with wood that we extract from our park and forest - in winter it is cuddly warm and in the kitchen you can even cook and bake with wood.

In the nearest area (about 1.5 km) lies the forest-lined Schmiedegrundsee, which can be used for fishing and swimming - only a few km further there is a large bird sanctuary around the Galenbecker See, where hundreds of migratory birds of all kinds meet in spring and autumn to prepare for their journey to the south.
