You are welcome to stay in my very much loved house. The house is quite big, stylish and recently renovated ; located in a very quiet neighbourhood. The area is the fastest growing part of the city with mostly young families moving in. Therefore it is suitable for people who like it quiet and recreational . Ideal for sports lovers- runners, bikers or people who like to go for long walks with their pooches. You can reach the city centre in 15 mins by a car, or taxi is available for 6 euros.

The space
The house is charming and very unique. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and additional room which can be used as an extra TV/sitting room or converted in a bedroom with 4 sleeping arrangements. Comfortable large kitchen, generous living space, large dining table. Outside seating area, private garden , private parking next to the house with a lockable gate. We love dogs and cats! Well behaved pets are welcome. The house faces south therefore it is warm and cosy.

Where you’ll be

Kaunas, Kauno apskritis, Lithuania

The neighbourhood is very young and in a way reminds an American suburb. If you love modern architecture you will love your evening/morning walks- so many new houses are being built in the area. It is quiet , was ranked top clean air area in Kaunas; lots of runners, cyclists take advantage of the space (it is vast) for their morning/evening activities. You can visit The Ninth Fort of Kaunas Fortress if interested in WWII history or go shopping to the second largest mall in the Baltics- PLC Mega - it has restaurants, bowling, billiard, cinema etc. and also the largest aquarium(170K litres) in the Baltics. The Aquarium is one of the 10 largest in the world. There is an educational play area for the children. Super modern fitness center "VS Fitness"with tennis and squash courts, climbing wall and much more is the best what city has to offer for the gym goers. " Vynoteka" is conveniently located in the mall for the wine and gourmet food lovers.
