A self contained, light, clean double room, shower room and kitchen for your exclusive use at a very lower price. The low price is because you may need to vacuum wipe surfaces and make your own bed and you need to do this when you leave.
The apartment only 5 mins walk to Zug train station and the shopping and business hub (Metalli), cafes, bars, rest
aurants. Clean uncluttered bedroom, comfortable bed. Modern kitchen, new washer / dryer, oven, cooker and dishwasher.

The space
You have exclusive use of 1 bedroom and your own private shower / WC room.
There is a well equipped kitchen which is shared with me. You won't have access to the living room as that is my private space. You have the apartment to yourself. I am not here and no one will be here.
You have plenty of space for one or two people with your lovely bedroom, shower room and use of the fully equipped kitchen.
YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO VACCUUM BATHROOM, KITCHEN AND BEDROOM AND WIPE DOWN SURFACES AND STRIP YOUR BED EXCEPT FOR THE BOTTOM SHEET AND MAKE UP THE BED WITH NEW BEDDING WHEN YOU LEAVE.

THAT IS WHY THE PRICE IS SO LOW AND THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE.

YOU MAY NEED TO VACCUUM AND WIPE DOWN SURFACES ON ARRIVAL AND MAKE YOUR BED.

To find the apartment, come out of the station on the Baarerstrasse or “Metali Centre” side (just ask someone if you can’t see a sign) and when you reach the first road, which is Baarerstrasse, turn left and walk up Baarerstrasse. It’s about 5 minutes walk from the station.

There are many restaurants and great shopping all within walking distance from the apartment. The Metali centre is just 5 minutes walk away, back down Baarerstrasse towards the station on the other side of the road.
There are other restaurants and cafes in all directions from the apartment.
