Fantastic cozy house with lake plot and large heated pool of 8.50x4 m. From the jetty and the orangery there are mountain views, a few meters from there is a barbecue area on the beach. In summer, there are nice walking and bike paths into Östersund and good bus connections all year round.

In winter, the municipality plows a public ice road for skiing, ice skating, and walking from the bathhouse park in the city center. It passes by our house 200 meters out on the ice. Gustavsberg ski slope is 2 km away.
