Maximum occupancy’s is 6. Small pets under 15 pounds is permitted if house trained. Located in the village of Katepwa in a quiet cozy area no through traffic. Large Private Backyard. Beautiful view of the lake a 3 minute walk or within walking distance is the Family Golf Course, Katepwa Beach Club, Provincial Park and Beach ( there is no entry fee) ,Boat Launch, Rocco’s Beach Store, Bar/ Restaurant, Public Library, or explore the TransCanada Trail.

Other things to note
Registered Guests at time of Booking is the only guests allowed on the property during your stay. Maximum guests is 6. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of Legal or Illegal Drugs on the Premises. No Parties or Events. No Additional Guests. No pets are allowed freely to roam on the property. If shed must be Kennelled when inside.
