The address states Parker as the city and the place is between Meridian and Lone Tree, very close to I-25. It is within Denver Tech Center and short distance to Skyridge hospital. The place is clean, safe and friendly and the house is very well kept, with hardwood floor. It offer a little sitting area outside, for a good backyard relaxing atmosphere.

The new Ridgegate light rail station is 1 to 2 minutes drives, and the Lincoln station is also one and half mile away.
