When we reach the scorching British summer, be to grab an ice cold drink at the bar. If you are seeking adventure nearby, the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales are bustling with outdoor pursuits, cafes, shops and boat trips. All you could need!

If it’s just a good walk you’re in need of, then Appleby is five minutes away from Wild Rose Park, with the infamous bridge overlooking the river Eden and those kind of quirky shops you just won’t find on the typical town high street.
