Other things to note
House Rules:
🔘unregistered guests are strictly not allowed to enter the unit. If you are expecting a guest, you must provide the guest details before check in. Max of 3 people staying in the unit.
🔘no partying
🔘no smoking
🔘no vandalism
🔘no stinky fruits/food (durian, jackfruit,etc)
🔘the room beside the kitchen is the laundry,
🔘dispose garbage properly in designated bins in the kitchen and washroom. If our bins are full, kindly dispose the garbage in garbage bin in the fire exit beside the condo unit.
🔘Please follow the kitchen rules as displayed in the kitchen
🔘Please follow the toilet rules as displayed in the washroom
🔘Please do not hang any clothes or towel at the balcony. Clothes hanging rack will be provided which you can place indoor if you require.
🔘unit key will be provided by my staff during check in. Kindly place the key to the key holder beside the washroom to keep it safe. If key is lost, key replacement is 1000php. So please keep the key at all times and hand it over during check out.
🔘deposit fee is 1500php and will be collected upon move in. The deposit fee will be refunded during check out as long as no items within the unit are damaged or lost. We will provide a checklist inventory of the items within the unit which you will verify with my staff during check in and check out.
🔘Please avoid any stains in the beddings, towels, and carpet. If stain is difficult to remove, corressponding cleaning/replacement fees will be charged.
🔘i dont have a parking area however arezzo has an area where you can park but they will charge you for 300pesos for 24hrs
🔘netflix is available and wifi as well
🔘no hot and cold shower
