The neighborhood is calm and well situated (easy access to downtown, ACI 2000, the airport etc). It is a popular neighborhood where families have been living for a long time. Many small shops are located right next to the house (you will find bread, sodas, water, sandwiches etc), two grocery stores (Azar 850m and Shopreate 1,2Km), and the local outdoors market a walk away.
Down the street is the Palais de la Culture and the Niger's riverbanks.
