The villas are designed with modern finishes and an open plan layout, our property provides the amenities and environment that serves executive contemporary accommodation whilst creating an atmosphere that is luxurious and of high quality. There are four standalone Villas at Little Mead Villas, two of which are occupied by pleasant experts/consultants of renowed firms in Zambia, on a long-term basis. Making the Villas a multinational haven!

Guest access
Our space is homely and stylishly decorated with access to all mod cons. Whilst staying with us, you will have the use of 2 bedrooms in the house and independent use of the fully equipped kitchen, lounge/diner and the outdoor space.

You will also enjoy our full package TV with sports and movies. Our wifi and internet service is 4G fibre optic, super fast and unlimited. Also an amazing shared swimming pool.

The apartment is also furnished with aircone facilities. The Villas have Invetors installed in every villa to avoid any inconvenience that unforseen power outages in the area might cause to our lovely guests.
