We renovated our 24 x 20 sq ft hobby garage into a home that we absolutely adore. The original homestead is right next door over the fence. Located downtown Spearfish, 2 blocks from Main Street. The yard is completely fenced in for dogs. The best thing about this home is that whether you are in the living room, kitchen or bedroom you are in the same room as your loved ones!

The space
The bed is a Queen bed. The couch is also quite comfortable if needed for sleeping (let us know and we can provide bedding for the couch as well).

If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking during your stay and need to know what kitchen supplies we have, just message me and I can send photos of cabinet contents.

We have a strict no smokers policy(no smoking inside OR outside) as I am asthmatic and can have episodes with even second-hand smoke.

We want you to know that there is no laundry on location but the laundry mat is about 5 blocks away.

The parking for this property is free 24-hour street parking.

Important note for showers: The water heater is a tiny-home water tank so there's about 15min of hot water at a time (it takes about 1 hr to fully reheat).
